CUNNINGHAM & RIVARD APPRAISALS LTD. is one of the largest Vancouver Island real estate appraisal firms and has been in operation since 1973. With 11 appraisers and 4 support staff, the Nanaimo, Duncan & Victoria based real estate appraisal and consulting firm provides appraisal, feasibility and consulting services to both public and private sector clientele.

Our corporate philosophy is to provide competent and cost effective services to our clients while maintaining a high level of service. Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd. subscribes to the Victoria and Vancouver Island Real Estate Boards, has access to the all provincial Land Title Offices, and subscribes to BC Assessment’s assessment and sale information. This allows us to maintain an extensive real estate database for the Vancouver Island area.
