About Us

CUNNINGHAM & RIVARD APPRAISALS LTD. operates offices in downtown Victoria and Nanaimo, providing a wide range of appraisal and consulting services for residential, industrial, commercial, and investment real estate across Vancouver Island.  Our staff is made up of 14 appraisers and 5 support staff.

Our corporate philosophy is to provide carefully researched, reasoned and supported analysis of the real estate market for the full range of client needs that culminates in the highest level of service and trust.

Our appraisers are members in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, regularly fulfilling the ongoing requirements of the AIC’s Continuing Professional Development Program.  Our staff draws from a deep resource of education, professional experience and range of specializations.  We subscribe to the services and data sources provided by the Victoria and Vancouver Island Real Estate Boards, BC Assessment, Land Core, and BC Land Titles Office and maintain a large database of property and real estate transactions data gathered over 40+ years of appraisals on Vancouver Island.
