Please Read: Paying for an appraisal does not imply you receive a copy of the appraisal. If the appraisal is for mortgage financing and is ordered by the lender or broker, as our client, the appraisal is delivered directly to that client only, and is authorized for no other use. If the appraisal is being ordered by you, and is for personal, tax, separation, estate or personal purposes, a final copy of the appraisal will be emailed to you upon confirmation of payment.
