I have been employed in the appraisal profession since June of 2021, briefly working for BC Assessment before acquiring a position with Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals in September of 2021. I graduated in October 2019 from Vancouver Island University with a degree in Business Administration. In May 2025 I was awarded the AACI, P.App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada following the successful completion of the PGCV program through the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. My experience includes comprehensive appraisals of residential and commercial properties for the purpose of sale, purchase, and mortgage, among others.
