Professional Experience
I became a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) in August 2021, marking the beginning of my journey working in the real estate appraisal industry. I have worked on assignments in both the residential and commercial sectors.

In February 2024, I joined Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd., where I now primarily focus on the commercial sector. My Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate Membership is in good standing, and I hold errors and omissions insurance.
