Five (5) years real property appraising and business tax appraising with the BC Provincial Government (Timberland Appraiser) and the City of Victoria; Forty Four (44) years private fee appraisal experience in all forms of real property.

Complete range of commercial appraisals, expropriation, expert witness/evidence, filled foreshore/waterlots, aviation use properties, First Nation specific claims/treaties, going concern valuations, agricultural and timberlands

Vancouver Island, Mainland and Interior of BC.
