Additional Information
David grew up in Southern Ontario where he owned a furniture store and built commercial and residential buildings. After completing his B.A. and M.A., David worked as a planner for the Greater Vancouver Regional District, the University-city Development at Simon Fraser University, as a contract planner for the Capital Regional District and the Municipal of North Cowichan. David began his career in appraisal in 2005 and joined Cunningham & Rivard (Nanaimo) Duncan’s office in 2009.
