Professional Experience
Provides residential and select commercial appraisal services for financing, litigation, taxation, insurance, BC Assessment appeals, among other purposes. Experienced in appraising properties ranging from standard residential dwellings to complex and atypical assets, including waterfront residences, executive homes, acreages, and off-grid properties.

Geographic Areas
Nanaimo and Ladysmith region, Cowichan Valley, Oceanside, Port Alberni region including the west coast, and various Gulf Islands in the area.

Additional Information
Reece has been with Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd. since 2019, following several years of appraisal experience with another Vancouver Island–based firm. He completed his CRA designation in 2024.
