Steve grew up in Comox, BC and studied Business Administration at Simon Fraser University.  Steve has worked continuously as a real estate appraiser since 2001 with experience in both the public and private sectors.   He joined Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd. in late 2022 and has specialized market knowledge within the Comox Valley & Powell River local market areas.  Steve is a past President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – BC Association, (AIC-BC) and he currently sits as a Director on the National AIC Board.  In his spare time, Steve also serves as an elected councillor for the Town of Comox and is the Fundraising Director for the Rotary Club of the Comox Valley.
